The Chilli Banana Golf Society began their 5th season at a windy but thankfully dry visit to delightful Davenport Golf Club. Our Captain for 2017 showed everyone who was boss with a terrific 37 point haul winning by 2 shots - Derek Panton's 2nd CBGS Individual win! He was quick to dedicate his win to pro John Watson at Styal Golf Club for 'dramatically improving my short game'! New members Alistair Cairns and Keith Williamson also shot impressive scores (35 & 34) to finish in 2nd & 3rd respectively.
