THE DAY:-
The society enjoyed a fantastic day on a spectacular course in Derbyshire.
Thankfully the sun shone this time around as this venue had been postponed earlier in the season to a waterlogged course.
Adam Hart attacked the course from his very first tee shot with a fantastically constructed front nine score of 21 points (-1 gross!!).
In runners up spot was Chris Scott (15) who started to turn up the heat after finding out his beloved second team Leicester had beaten Man Utd 5 and 3!! Guest John Barker Jr (9) did score 33pts. Hopefully he will join the Society next year.....
''Adam has played well in the few starts he's had this season. He would've walked the Order Of Merit but unfortunately has played enough times due to competition rounds at Dunham'' (Chairman Ben Jackson)
The CBGS are definitely including CHAPEL on their 2015 roster! - it's an fantastic course and the greens were tricky to read!
The day was concluded back at the restaurant with 10 diners enjoying a prize presentation banquet meal!
